Pepper Fennel Beef Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 10 grams of whit pepper powder
  2. 10 grams of sliced Fenny
  3. 500 grams of beef chunks
  4. 1 clove of garlic (sliced)
  5. 2 tea spoon (t) of soy sauce
  6. 2 table spoon (T) of cooking oil
  7. 1 t of salt 
  8. 3 cups of  water
 
Method:
  1. warm up cooking oil in a fry pan for few seconds before stir-frying garlic and fenny.
  2. stir-fry garlic and fenny until the aroma comes out, then  put beef chunk in and stir-frying for few seconds.
  3. add stir-fried ingredient and 3 cups of water into a saucepan, boil it with the lid on and simmer it for 2 hours.
  4. add soy sauce, pepper and salt before serving.

Function:
Provide warmth in the winter, specially good for people who have cold limbs.
