- 10 grams of whit pepper powder
- 10 grams of sliced Fenny
- 500 grams of beef chunks
- 1 clove of garlic (sliced)
- 2 tea spoon (t) of soy sauce
- 2 table spoon (T) of cooking oil
- 1 t of salt
- 3 cups of water
Method:
- warm up cooking oil in a fry pan for few seconds before stir-frying garlic and fenny.
- stir-fry garlic and fenny until the aroma comes out, then put beef chunk in and stir-frying for few seconds.
- add stir-fried ingredient and 3 cups of water into a saucepan, boil it with the lid on and simmer it for 2 hours.
- add soy sauce, pepper and salt before serving.
Function:
Provide warmth in the winter, specially good for people who have cold limbs.
